Privacy
What this site collects.
Last updated 22 August 2026
Short version: this website has no analytics, no cookies, no trackers and no backend. It cannot collect anything about you. The only data BRONAXIS holds is what you choose to send by email or phone.
No cookies or analytics
This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or session-recording scripts. Nothing is stored in your browser beyond the normal HTTP cache.
Fonts are self-hosted and served from this domain, so viewing a page does not send a request to a font provider or CDN.
The project form
The project intake form does not submit anywhere. When you press Send Project Brief, your browser composes an email in your own mail application with the details you typed. Nothing is transmitted until you send that email yourself, and nothing you type is stored by this site.
Server logs
The host serving these files may record standard request logs — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — for reliability and abuse prevention. That is infrastructure logging kept by the hosting provider under its own retention policy. BRONAXIS adds no logging of its own and does not link those records to a person.
If you get in touch
When you email or call, BRONAXIS keeps your message and contact details for one reason: to reply and, if we work together, to run the project. Depending on the engagement, that can also include documents, credentials and system access you provide.
Project material is kept while the engagement is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for support and record-keeping. Credentials and access are revoked or handed back at the end of the work.
Your details are never sold, rented or shared for marketing.
Security assessments
Findings from a security assessment are confidential to the client. Reports are shared only with the people the client names, and are never used as public marketing material — including on this site.
Links out
Links to GitHub, LinkedIn, X and Instagram lead to services BRONAXIS does not control. Once you follow one, that service's own privacy policy applies.
Your requests
Ask for a copy of what is held about you, a correction, or deletion, and it will be actioned. Write to paulbivanjit@gmail.com — you will get a reply, and where deletion would conflict with a legal or accounting obligation, you will be told exactly what has to be kept and why.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. There is no mailing list to notify, because there is no mailing list.
